Here you will find all the information and documentation you need as a Simed participant.

Private Area

When you register for Simed, you will be able to access your personal space from here, where you can manage your networking agenda and all the details of your participation in the forum.

In addition, you will be able to download your accreditation and certificate of attendance once the event is over.

Important dates for Participants

EVENT
12–14 November 2026.
Exhibition opening hours: Thursday 12 and Friday 13 from 9.30 am to 7.00 pm; Saturday 14 from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

RECEIPT OF GOODS BEFORE THE EVENT
The goods must be collected by the exhibitor in person on 11 November 2026, between 08.30 and 18.30. If you need to send them in advance, SIMED will provide a designated area for this purpose, but accepts no liability for any lost parcels. We recommend that you label them clearly so that the person collecting them can identify them.

GOODS ENTRY DURING THE EVENT
From 1 hour before the start of the event until the start time, via the loading bay.

GOODS REMOVAL DURING THE EVENT
During the event, 30 minutes after the event closes. On the final day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage may be collected via the loading bay.

ASSEMBLY OF FREELY DESIGNED STANDS
8 to 10 November, from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.

MODULAR AND TURNKEY MODULAR STAND ADAPTATION

STAND DISMANTLING
Saturday 14 November, 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Sunday 15 November, 8.30 am to 8.30 pm (open all day). Stands must be dismantled by 15 November 2026; the organisers accept no responsibility for any materials or items remaining in the Hall after this time.

EXHIBITORS’ DEPARTURE
On Saturday 15 November, from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, materials may only be collected in person. Fitters will not be permitted entry.

FYCMA Click

As an exhibitor, get the most out of your participation in the event with our online furniture and services store.

We offer a wide range of solutions that you can purchase online, allowing you to manage your budget more efficiently.

Shipment and Collection of Goods

Goods must be scheduled to arrive at FYCMA on 11 November between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm. They will be collected and stored by the FYCMA Logistics Service in a communal area for all exhibitors until collected by the exhibitor. SIMED accepts no liability for lost parcels. We recommend that the person collecting the goods identifies them correctly.

Goods may be collected on 16 November between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging the collection of these goods. After this date, any items remaining on our premises will be treated as waste.
