These companies are companies of design and assembly of stands. It will be necessary for the exhibitor to specify which optional services such as electrical panel, will be invoiced to the exhibiting company or to the assembly company of the stand. Exhibitors who choose to assemble a free design stand must present a specified descriptive memory of the assembly before 9th october 2026. This must include floor plans, elevation and perspective, and if applicable, according to the Building Code (CTE), a project endorsed by a competent technician. The electrical installation must comply with the requirements established in the REBT (electrical low voltage regulation). The project must take into account the technical standards established in the General Rules for Participation in FYCMA.
Also, the assemblers are obliged to show the authorization form that must be submitted by the person responsible before the start of the assembly duly signed and sealed by the Technical Direction of the Contest and which involves the conformity with the technical level of the stand presented in the previously mentioned project.
After the project has been approved, the participating company must inform the organisers of the total volume of waste generated after dismantling. If this exceeds 10 m³, the exhibitor/installer must hire an additional service. All waste must be deposited and separated according to the material type by the company responsible for dismantling the stand, at the points designated by the organisers.
