SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTING AT SIMED 2026

DATES AND OPENING HOURS OF EVENT

ADMISIÓN Y CONTRATACIÓN

The contracting is completed by sending to the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga the attached Space Contracting Form duly completed in all its terms, signed and stamped, accompanied by the corresponding proof of payment without which, the reservation is not understood as formalized.
The spaces assingment is carried out in strict order of arrival of the contracting documents.

FORMAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN

1.- SPACE FLOOR (for free design stands) It includes:

  • Minimum contract: 12 sqm
  • Mounting fee waste collection container
  • Unlimited invitations for customers and partners
  • Unlimited invitations with access to networking agenda for staff
  • 3 Club passes (access to Simed Club included).
  • Logo included in the exhibitor weblist
  • 1 invitation to the institucional cocktail (up to 35 sqm)
    2 invitations to the institucional cocktail (from 36 sqm)
  • Does not include carpet.
  • Does not include the electrical panel and electrical consumption. These services will be contracted separately.
  • All the additional contracted services or any modification will be charge to the exhibitor.

FREE DESIGN STAND

The exhibitor is obliged to complete the corresponding forms delivered by the organization, in order to provide the data of the companies that they collaborate with during the assembly, celebration and dismantling of the event. These companies are companies of design and assembly of stands. It will be necessary for the exhibitor to specify which optional services such as electrical panel, will be invoiced to the exhibiting company or to the assembly company of the stand. Exhibitors who choose to assemble a free design stand must present a specified descriptive memory of the assembly before 9th october 2026. This must include floor plans, elevation and perspective, and if applicable, according to the Building Code (CTE), a project endorsed by a competent technician. The electrical installation must comply with the requirements established in the REBT (electrical low voltage regulation). The project must take into account the technical standards established in the General Rules for Participation in FYCMA.

Also, the assemblers are obliged to show the authorization form that must be submitted by the person responsible before the start of the assembly duly signed and sealed by the Technical Direction of the Contest and which involves the conformity with the technical level of the stand presented in the previously mentioned project.

After the project has been approved, the participating company must inform the organisers of the total volume of waste generated after dismantling. If this exceeds 10 m³, the exhibitor/installer must hire an additional service. All waste must be deposited and separated according to the material type by the company responsible for dismantling the stand, at the points designated by the organisers.

As of 27th October, the procurement of services (excluding catering) will incur a 30% surcharge. From this date onwards, the provision of all services, including catering, is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the organisers.

2.-  MODULAR STAND

See indicative design on the front of this document. The modular stand includes:

  • Floor
  • Black modular structure
  • Exhibitor´s name board
  • Monochrome trade fair carpet designed by the organization of the event
  • Power socket and electrical panel, LED lighting, electricity consumption
  • Civil liability insurance
  • Unlimited invitations for customers and partners
  • Unlimited invitations with access to networking agenda for staff
  • 3 Club passes (access to Simed Club included).
  • Logo included in the exhibitor weblist
  • 1 invitation to the institucional cocktail (up to 35 sqm)
    2 invitations to the institucional cocktail (from 36 sqm)

3. MODULAR TURNKEY STAND

See indicative design on the front of this document. The turnkey modular stand
It includes:

  •  Floor
  • Modular structure
  • Exhibitor´s name board
  • Monochrome trade fair carpet designed by the organization of the event
  • Power socket and electrical panel, LED lighting, electricity consumption
  • Civil liability insurance

Furniture:

  • For stands up to 23 sqm: 1 counter, 1 stool, 1 table and 3 chairs
  • Stands between 24 sqm – 35 sqm: 1 counter, 1 stool, 2 tables and 6 chairs
  • Stands 36 sqm or more 1 counter, 1 stool, 3 tables and 9 chairs

Graphics:

  • Vinyl graphics for the counter *
  • Banner graphic for the walls *

*The graphic design must be provided by the exhibitor with the measurements provided by the organization.

All the additional contracted services or any modification will be charged to the exhibitor.

The elimination of elements included in the modular stand will not imply the reduction of costs.

STAND DECORATION AND SERVICE BOOKINGS

Hiring of furniture and extra services (with the exception of catering) is subject to a 30% surcharge after October 27th. From this date onwards, the provision of all services, including catering, is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the organisers.

The conditions set out in the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Rules apply, being totally prohibited drilling, nailing or making any type of action that may cause defects in the panels of the stands or complementary elements rented by the exhibitor.
The cost of any damage caused to the stand structure, as well as cleaning of the structure (removal of tape, glue, etc.), will be charged to the exhibitor.

EXHIBITOR AGENDA

RECEPTION OF GOODS BEFORE THE EVENT

Goods must be received by the exhibitor itself on November 11th 2026 from 8:30 am to 06:30 pm.

If it is necessary to sned goods in advance, SIMED will have a shared space available for this purpose. However, SIMED cannot be held responsible for the loss of parcels. It is recommended that it be correctly identified by the person who comes to
collect it.

ENTRY OF GOODS DURING THE EVENT DAYS

1 hour before the beginning of the exhibition until the opening.

EXIT OF GOODS DURING THE EVENT DAYS

During the event, 30 minutes after the exhibition’s closing time. On the closing day, only small hand luggage type-items may be removed through the loading bay

ASSEMBLY OF FREE-DESIGN STANDS

November 8th to 10th. From 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.

MODULAR STAND DECORATION

November 11th 2026. From 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.

“Decoration” refers to the arrangement of furniture, audiovisual equipment, or cleaning. It does not include electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.

STAND DISMANTLING

Saturday, 14th November, from 05.00 pm to 08.30 pm. Sunday, 15th November, from 08:30 am to 08:30 pm continuously.

Stand dismantling must be completed by 15th November 2026, and the organisers will not be responsible for any materials or items left
in the hall after this time.

EXHIBITOR EXIT

On Saturday, 15th November, from 03.00 pm to 05.00 pm, only manual removal of materials will be allowed. Access for fitters is not permitted
