Simed 2025 launches the “IV Open Call for Startups” in which national and international startups have the opportunity to present their projects and initiatives in the fields of PropTech, ConTech and FinTech to the investment ecosystem, experts and heads of innovation areas in the real estate sector.

All start-ups registered in the call and that meet the requirements benefit from an access pass.
SELECTED START-UPS
- Four Access passes to SIMED 2025
- Access to the networking agenda: a tool that allows you to request more than 30 B2B meetings with other visitors, potential partners and investors during the event.
- 6 minutes presentation in front of investors and experts (3 min pitch + 3 min questions)
- Presence in the exhibition area with a point of attention in the zone SIMED INNOVA.
- Visit to spaces dedicated to the promotion of technological entrepreneurship in the city of Malaga.
- Meet & Greet: networking activity within the framework of the event with industry experts.
Who can participate?
Emerging companies in the real estate sector, with a maximum age of 5 years, that are seeking investment and have completed the form and have not previously received the award.
Schedule for submitting of proposals
- Submission of applications: until August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- Evaluation: from September 11 to September 22, 2025.
- Online submission to the evaluation committee: October 7, 2025.
- Notification of the selected proposals: from October 9, 2025.
- Deadline for confirming participation in the event: before October 15, 2025.
- Presentations, final voting and the award ceremony: will take place during the scheduled activities of the event.
