Simed, Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition
The 19th edition of Simed has closed its doors after bringing together more than 8,000 visitors over three days of maximum activity. The developers and participating companies -more than 200- have expressed their great optimism at the good reception and reception by visitors, among which they have highlighted the large presence of end customers and intermediaries, showing the good moment that the sector is experiencing. Simed has brought together the largest catalogue of properties on the Mediterranean coast, which has included properties located in around 70 municipalities and six autonomous communities. This year, the show has reinforced its international presence through a foreign investor profile with a great capacity for acquisition and through the alliance with global sectorial entities.
